The year’s Festival honoring Kauai's last king, Kaumuali’i features local musical artists on Sunday, February 15th at Russian Fort Elizabeth State Historical Park. Makahiki games and guided tours begin at 11 AM with a formal program taking place from 12 noon until 5 PM.
